The AF of the X-Pro1 IS faster than the X100 and the detail and resolution are clearly improved. The start-up time is much faster than the X100 from sleep as Ive shown in the video earlier. I am sure photographers will pick up the X-Pro1 and be impressed with its classic handling and comfortable feel.
Mit jedem Foto, Video und Text interessiere ich mich mehr für die X-Pro 1. Sie sieht besser aus als die X100, der AF ist schneller und genauer, die Qualität der Fotos ist besser und die Vorstellung, dass ich da möglicherweise M-Linsen dran nutzen könnte macht das alles nur um so spannender. Einen Wechsel von X100 zu X-Pro 1 könnte ich mir langsam durchaus vorstellen. Möglicherweise könnte ich dann auch bald auf die 5D verzichten, was finanziell sehr praktisch wäre. Mal schauen.

When you see these in their full glory on a good monitor or in print they blow the doors off any Nikon or Canon I’ve ever shot. I do want to say that geeking out too much on 100% crops is akin to buying a new lawn mower then getting on your hands and knees to inspect the blades of grass after a fresh cut.
