One of the limitations mentioned is that it can handle up to 19 megapixel photos. This spec covers most consumers and even prosumer cameras. But I wondered how it would handle the 22MP photos from the new Canon 5D Mark iii. Now that I finally have all three components in the same place, I thought I’d share my findings.

After downloading and playing around with Apple’s new iPhoto for iOS, I felt like I was teleported back to 1998. Touching and gesturing in different ways would make seemingly random things happen. I regularly unintentionally activated features, changed views, opened or closed pictures, and got iPhoto into states I wasn’t sure how to get out of again.

Ich war bis heute noch in Kassel bei Tatjana und halte mein iPad 3 daher erst seit ein paar Stunden in der Hand, weshalb ich iPhoto für iPad noch nicht testen konnte. Bisher hörte ich allerdings nichts wirklich gutes. Lukas Mathis bringt die Probleme, die ich auch mit der iPhone Version hatte, sehr gut auf den Punkt.
