I got pretty good with the X-Pro 1.

Chris Weeks berichtet über sechs Monate mit der X-Pro 1. Sehr lesenswerter Artikel, der mich in meinem Gedanken vielleicht irgendwann von der X100 auf die X-Pro 1 upzugraden ermutigt.

Rinzi Ruiz:

No camera is perfect so it’s just about learning how to use it. For me it’s just a great camera to use and am very happy with it so far.

Rinzi Ruiz is a very passionate X100 street shooter and now owns a X-Pro 1. He talks about both cameras even if it’s about the latter. The review is non-technical and therefore very good. I followed him on Flickr for quite some time and I really like his style. Have a look.

Brandon Remler:

The beauty of the X-Pro1 here is that its low profile yet high quality allowed me to shoot unfettered since nobody really takes notice of you with a small retro style camera.  But as we know the images that the camera produces are amazing!I shot most of the action shots at ISO 1600.  I did change occasionally from ISO 1000-2000 for all the images.  Click to enlarge them.  Exposures varied but safe to assume many at 1/250 with apertures F/1.6 – 2.2.

Brandon shot a concert with the X-Pro 1. The ISO Performance and overall image quality of the camera really are amazing. And since Brandon only shot JPGs the images could have been even better if he had shot in RAW.
The combination of size and quality really is the strength of the X-Pro 1.

Ich weiß ja nicht wie es euch geht, aber ich finde Zack Arias großartig. Ich mag seine Art – er ist super sympathisch, ehrlich und witzig. Und genau so erzählt er auch von seinen Erlebnissen mit der X100 sowie X-Pro 1. (Das erste Video könnt ihr eigentlich überspringen, wenn ihr über die Technik der X-Pro 1 Bescheid wisst. Zack fängt erst im zweiten Video an zu erzählen.)

This isn’t the camera you hand to your mom to grab a few shots. I’ve watched very talented photographers pick up my X-Pro1 and sort of scratch their heads after taking a few shots with it. I then explain how you have to stick your tongue out a certain way, stand on your left foot, grab your elbow, and click your heels three times to get the most out of it. When you do all that… angels sing. Really.

Da ist es endlich, das lang erwartete X-Pro 1 Review von Zack Arias. Ich verrate mal noch nichts und lasse euch einfach selbst lesen und gucken.

Martin Hülle:

Es war eine gute Möglichkeit, mich weiter an die Fujifilm X-Pro1 zu gewöhnen. Und ich muss sagen, das Fotografieren macht mit ihr einfach sehr viel Spaß! So langsam habe ich sie auch immer besser im Griff – ist ja von der Handhabung schon etwas anders als eine DSLR.

So langsam kommt die X-Pro 1 auch bei deutschen Bloggern an. Martin Hülle hat eine und zeigt zehn Fotos. David Hellmann hat ebenfalls schon eine in seinen Händen.

Bald könnt ihr visuelleGedanken.de einen Fuji X-Pro 1 Blog nennen. Tut mir leid für alle, die sich nicht für die Kamera interessieren. Dennoch: Wieder top Qualität aus einer Pre-Production X-Pro 1 plus ein paar gute Worte.

Im Grunde alles nichts neues, wenn man sich schon mit der X-Pro 1 beschäftigt hat, trotzdem schön sie in Aktion zu sehen. Was mich allerdings wirklich beeindruckt hat ist der ISO Vergleich mit der Canon 5D Mark II, bei dem die X-Pro 1 deutlich gewinnt – Wow! Größter Nachteil derzeit einfach nur wie bei der X100 die AF-Geschwindigkeit. Allerdings muss ich sagen, dass man bei der X100 lernt damit umzugehen und der AF der X-Pro 1 ist ja sogar besser ist. Von daher, eigentlich alles cool. Mir juckt es in den Fingern. Die Frage ist allerdings, wäre die X-Pro 1 ein Ersatz für die X100 oder sogar ein Ersatz für meine 5D Mark I?

Wer einfach nicht genug von der X-Pro 1 bekommen kann oder sich einfach noch nicht sicher ist ob er sich für die Kamera entscheiden soll, hier gibt es eine Liste mit neuen Reviews.
